At Eastern Clozet, we strive to deliver premium-quality Pakistani fashion with exceptional craftsmanship. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below to ensure a smooth process.


💳 Refunds

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. The refunded amount will be credited to the same debit/credit card or account used at checkout.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are initiated as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 15 working days for processing. In some cases, it may take up to 30 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

What if I exchange for an item of higher or lower value?

If you choose an item of greater value, the balance must be paid before dispatch. If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded accordingly. Our team may contact you for payment confirmation.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Sizes and colors cannot be guaranteed. Applicable postage charges may apply.

Will shipping charges be refunded?

Shipping charges are not refunded if the entire order is returned. If a partial return still qualifies for free shipping, shipping charges will not be deducted.

How much will be refunded?

  • A 10% deduction will apply to refunds for order processing, payment gateway, and administrative charges (excluding shipping).
  • If refunded as a gift voucher, no deduction will be applied (excluding shipping).
  • Refunds will never exceed the original value paid for the goods.

How do I return or exchange an item?

You may initiate a return or exchange by contacting us via our WhatsApp chat link or by sending a written request including:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Complete address
  • Contact details
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear instructions for refund or replacement

Note: Management is not responsible for parcels received without proper identification or instructions.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received at our warehouse.
  • We strongly recommend using a registered or trackable postal service and retaining proof of postage.
  • Eastern Clozet is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Timeframe

Items must be returned within 3 working days of receipt. Faulty items should be reported immediately upon discovery.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items marked as “Sale” or Deal of the Day
  • Custom-made or Design It Yourself (DIY) products
  • Altered items
  • Products without original tags or packaging

Damage or stain complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear digital images.


🧵 Product Condition & Care

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and free from marks or odors
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Slight displacement of beads or sequins in hand-embroidered garments is normal and not considered a defect

Care Instructions

  • First wash: Dry Clean only
  • Heavy embroidered outfits: Dry Clean only
  • Casual wear: Cold wash separately
  • Color variation may occur due to hand-dyeing techniques

Failure to follow care instructions may result in garment damage and void return eligibility.
