At Eastern Clozet, we put our best efforts into offering high-quality garments, latest designs, and value for money. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we aim to make the return process as easy as possible.

Refunds

How will I receive my refund?

  1. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  2. The amount will be credited back to the same debit/credit card or account used for payment.

How long does the refund take?

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible. However, please allow 15 working days, and in some cases up to 30 working days, for the refund to be completed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • If the new item is of higher value, the difference will be charged

  • If the new item is of lower value, the remaining amount will be refunded

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

  • Please ensure you provide a valid contact number for smooth processing

Shipping Charges

  • If part of your order is returned and the remaining order still qualifies for free shipping, no shipping charges will be deducted

  • If the full order is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund

Return Window

Items must be returned within 4 working days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or tailored outfits

  • Bridal wear, lehenga choli, sherwani, and stitched garments

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products with stains, perfume, or body odor

  • Jewellery and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Plus-size/custom measurements (treated as custom tailoring)

Important Notes

  • All items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We strongly recommend using tracked and secure shipping

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels until received
